Pancakes...

Usually on the days I have off, I get to wake to somebody saying "mommy...wake up, I'm hungry"! But this morning he crawled up in the bed and said, "mommy...hold you"! He let me hold and love on him for at least 10 minutes before saying "I'm hungry"! He usually wants either cereal or pancakes. Well, this morning we were out of milk, so pancakes it is! He got sooo excited when I handed him his plate! The look on his face says it all. My baby boys loves his pancakes!

Mmmmm....thank you mommy! He was one happy little boy!

Our visit to the beach...

Here are some pics of our trip to the beach in Freeport. We didn't get to stay very long, so I'm going to make it a point to go back before summer is over. Carson had a blast! Enjoy!

Ring Pops and Watermelon...

For the 4th of July, we were invited to a Bar-B-Q by our friends Ashley and Shawn at Ashley's grandma's house. Most of her family was there to join in on the fun. We stuffed ourselves til we couldn't eat anymore, played washers, and enjoyed a little relaxation. The kids had a slice of watermelon each and we gave them blow pops before we left as a treat. Here are some pictures of the kiddos eating sweet watermelon and loving their ring pops.

This is Carson's friend Steven. He use to live in the house right next to us. They loved each other like brothers. Carson hasn't seen Steven in long time, because he is living in Arkansas with his Dad now. Carson's face lit up as soon as Steven walked up. He ran up to him and gave Steven the biggest hug. It was sooo sweet. Steven use to stay with us alot, so him and Carson became close friends. We are sooo excited to know that Steven will be here for the summer. Carson sure has missed his friend.
